     Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer
    The M&E officer will be responsible for assisting in all program monitoring activities. S/he will help to implement a Performance Based Management System (PBMS) that ensures comprehensive and accurate data collection, proper database development, and analysis of results to improve project implementation. The incumbent will work closely with the M&E team and will report to the M&E Director. S/he will collaborate closely on a day basis with the Sajhedari Bikas Recovery offices in their respective district.
