    KU Development Finance Studies Colleges Nepal Kathmandu University Bachelor of Arts in Development Finance

    Kathmandu University, in tune with its well-established policy of giving permission to start only need-based academic programs, allowed National College for conducting yet another professional academic program tailored for financial sector. This four-year, eight-semester Bachelor in Development Finance (BDFin) was started in August 2006 with an intake of 30 students. Now, the number of seats in this program is 40. This program has been shaped in an interdisciplinary frame incorporating concepts and skills from economics, development, finance, banking, insurance, co-operatives, marketing, management etc. After the completion of this program, the graduates will be competent to be absorbed in financial institutions as skilled, efficient and professional manpower.
