    BSc Agriculture Colleges in Nepal, Tribhuvan University ,TU

    The aim of this program is to train academically competent and practical oriented professional agriculturists. The B. Sc. Agriculture program is an eight semester (four-year) course after I. Sc. (Basic Science) or I. Sc. (Agriculture). In the first three years most of the courses are from basic core agricultural disciplines. In the fourth year, elective courses are offered to provide the students an opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills in the areas of their interest. Field practical’s, project works and study visits are part of the academic curriculum. The students must fulfill four years of residential learning to complete the requirements of B. Sc. Ag. curriculum.

    1. Birendra Multiple Campus
    Address: Bharatpur, Chitwan

    Founded in 2022 B.S; Birendra Multiple campus is one of the constituent campus of Chitwan. It is located in Bharatpur, Chitwan. It is located with its beautiful and peaceful premises at Bharatpur in Chitwan. It offers programs in the Institute of Science and Technology (B.Sc, M.Sc Physics & M.Sc Chemistry), Institute of Agriculture and Animal Sciences [B.Sc.(Agriculture Science)],Faculty of Management (BBS and MBS) and Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, (BA, and MA Sociology and Anthropology). The physical infrastructure of the campus is expanded into 19 Bighas of land with different buildings. Apart from the land and buildings, the college is also occupied by canteen, cycle stand, Science lab, Computer Lab, Geography Lab and library. The library is well managed with a large volume of text and reference books at the campus.     2. Paklihawa Campus

    Paklihawa Campus was established in Rupandehi district only 4 km south west of Bhairahawa, head quarter of the district. It represents a very significant ecological region of Nepal. The campus has moderate level of facilities to carry out undergraduate teaching, farms research in agricultural sciences. For meritorious undergraduate students in Paklihawa Campus, 25% of the student gets scholarship of Rs. 200 per month up to maximum of 10 months.     3. Gokuleshwor Agriculture and Animal Science College
    Address: Gokuleshwor, Baitadi

    Gokuleshwor Agriculture and Animal Science College (GAASC),Baitadi, Nepal was established in 2067 BS under TribhuvanUniversity,Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science (IAAS) Rampur, Chitwan; with the aim of imparting technical education to the students of remote areas of the country and modernizing the agricultural sector in order to make the farmers of Nepal independent in their profession.     4. Midwest Academy and Research Institute College of Life Science

    Lamjung Campus is another branch of Institute of Agriculture and Animal Sciences (IAAS) Tribhuvan University, situated at Sundar Bazar in Lamjung District. It is 28 Km away from Dumre, a place 114 Km from Kathmandu on Prithvirajmarg. It represents another ecological region of the country where students come to widen their intellectual horizon in agriculture tipical of mid hill region of Nepal. Lamjung campus is fortified with physical and trained human resources to provide standard agricultural education in this region.
